Fire & Smoke Detection System Deployed in Manufacturing Facilities

JingzhunShiye announced the successful deployment of its Fire & Smoke Intelligent Detection System at multiple manufacturing facilities across China.

The edge AI solution uses computer vision and deep learning to detect flame and smoke at their earliest stages, often 30-60 seconds faster than traditional smoke sensors. The system is designed for industrial environments — operating reliably in dusty, high-temperature conditions with minimal false alarms.

"Traditional fire detection methods are often too slow for large industrial spaces. Our visual AI approach catches fires the moment they appear on camera, giving safety teams critical extra seconds to respond," the technical team explained.

Customer feedback reports a 90% reduction in false alarms compared to traditional systems, while providing earlier detection in open warehouse and factory floor environments.
